There are lots of things we do that aren't mathematics. For example, if you come to HCSSiM, you'll hike this entire mountain range:

frequently attend a performance of the Hampshire Shakespeare Company, and often travel to Tanglewood to hear an orchestral concert.

Students organize lots of activities: in recent years, these have included bocce tournaments, month-long Risk or Diplomacy games, puzzle hunts, water polo games, tutorials in Settlers of Catan or D&D, cheese sampling, dance parties... everyone participates in the production of the weekly Program Journal.

Sometimes we go to the Co-directors' houses to play with puzzles. These pictures were taken at Kelly's house...
